A bigger better traditional cheesesteak is the only way I can think of to describe this cheesesteak. I went to Italian Kitchen early in the Adventure when people were questioning why I was going on this adventure because ‘everyone knows where to get a good cheesesteak.’ After posting pictures of this cheesesteak, the doubters became believers. Philadelphia's Best of Cheesesteaks Awards - Jim Pappas has eaten over 280 different cheesesteaks in just on last year, starting May 16, 2018, Jim began to his Philadelphia Cheesesteak Adventure to find the perfect cheesesteak. Jim started to gaining notoriety on Indie Philly Radios popular "Dining on a Dime" as a regular guest on the show. From their Jim has been featured on Fox Philly's morning show, The Philadelphia Inquire as well as becoming a regular contributor to Philly Bite Magazine.
