Philadelphia, PA -  Philadelphia winters can be brutal, but I recently found the perfect antidote to the cold at Grace and Proper, a new neighborhood corner bar and kitchen in the heart of South Philly's Italian Market. I'd heard the buzz about this place – it's the latest venture from Chris Fetfatzes and Heather Annechiarico, the masterminds behind some of my favorite Philly spots like Hawthorne's Beer Cafe, Wine Dive, Pivot Coffee and Soupery, The Cambridge, Tio Flores, and Quick Sip.
