Philadelphia, PA - Nifty Fifty's South Philly opened its doors yesterday, for a soft opening, leading to customers waiting halfway down 10th street for Nifty's traditional burgers, fries and shakes.

Nifty Fifty's announced that they are planning to open the chain's very first franchise in South Philly last year.
Leo McGlynn launched the very first Nifty Fifty's back in 1987. Nifty Fifty's give guests a chance to discover the 1950s drugstore pop shop experience, over a few shakes, and great 100% beef burgers.
The chain offers guests a taste of the '50s with fresh-cut homemade fries, hand-dipped drug store style milkshakes along with various other soda fountain goodies, and freshly ground beef burgers.
