Making Chocolate Covered Strawberries

To make chocolate-covered strawberries, you need three ingredients: white chocolate and milk chocolate. There are several varieties of strawberries, so choose one that suits your taste and budget. Start by gathering all of your ingredients and melting the chocolate into a small bowl.

The next step is to dip the berries in the chocolate. Place the strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You can drizzle the top of each strawberry with white or milk chocolate. Once the strawberries are covered, you can serve them immediately or store them in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.

You can also dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate. Some tips are to wet the strawberries. Then, insert toothpicks into the stems to help avoid having to dip your fingers into the sauce.  After the strawberries are completely coated in chocolate, you should let them rest in the fridge until the chocolate is solid.
