Parsnip soup- roasted cauliflower, beet, hazelnut, mezza greens
Warm spinach salad- smoked bacon, heirloom carrots, toasted quinoa, amish blue cheese, white balsamic vinaigrette
2nd Course
Heritage herb roasted turkey- root vegetable farrotto, blistered haricot vert, traditional gravy
Roasted Acorn Squash- braised du puy lentils, beech mushrooms, pearl onion, roasted garlic buerre blanc
For the table:
Whipped potatoes- truffled black pepper butter
Brussels sprouts- pickled cranberries, curry butter, fried shallots
3rd Course
Carrot Cake – pomegranate, basil coulis, vanilla bean gelato
Pear Crostata – port wine syrup, almond brittle, honey gelato
