Hunger Games Supports the Food Bank of South Jersey Philadelphia, PA - On April 24th at 6 pm, the Food Bank of South Jersey which provides food for people in need by delivering essential health and wellness programs as well as sustainable solutions helping local residents to improve their lives, http://www.foodbanksj.org will be hosting their annual "Hunger Games."


 

Chef Hunger Games South JerseyA lively cooking competition where corporate teams are given a box of mystery ingredients and 45 minutes to whip up a dish for 3 very popular foodie judges, including Philly’s own Tony Luke.


The Teams are judged by a panel of four culinary experts and media personalities including Tammy Paolino, journalist and food blogger for the Courier Post; Tony Luke Jr., entrepreneur, restaurateur and founder of Tony Luke’s; Chef Milly, recognized as one of the top chefs in the Philadelphia and two-time “Hell’s Kitchen” contestant; and Marilyn Johnson local blogger.

There will also be a bite-sized area, where guest can obtain samples from local restaurants, bakeries, and Canada Dry will have a Happy Hour Lounge with beer, wine, food and more with proceeds going to the Food Bank.

If you love to win grand raffle prizes your in luck, and this year the event will be hosted by Fox 29 Bill Anderson, joining the corporate teams in the food competition are Wells Fargo, Forman Mills, Virtua and many more.


This bite-sized area will include Shake Shack, Seasons 52 and many more, including wineries, such as Cedar Rose, Villari and many more, doors will open at 530pm at 1501 John Tipton Blvd, Pennsauken Nj.
