Santorini Mediterranean Fare in Wildwood, New Jersey

Santorini Mediterranean Restaurant, once home to Backfin Blues, has undergone a transformation into the light and airy Mediterranean eatery Santorini. Owner Florian Furxhiu from Philadelphia fast-casual taco joint Tacodelphia and chef Armando Gjana deliver light but flavorful cuisine and service, drawing a diverse crowd from date night couples to small groups for dinner - the vibe feels slightly more upscale for resort towns, yet still perfect for Mediterranean settings.

While the restaurant does have a bar, they also allow Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB), adding to its charm - particularly for wine enthusiasts. While its menu offers Greek and Italian food, plenty of familiar classics are here.

Arrive early or be prepared to wait if dining on weekends; even weeknights often attract lively crowds who fill the restaurant, where service staff are attentive and courteous - this restaurant always strives to provide superior customer care and experience!
