Philadelphia, PA - Chef Carla Hall was the keynote speaker at The Women's Forum Luncheon benefiting the Greater Atlantic City Charities at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City. Brett Matik and Mandanna Salartash were the co-chairwomen of the event. Our friend Joelle Bridger was on the committee.
Chef Carla Hall Visits Atlantic City for Charity
The committee had a fabulous silent auction with a wide variety of items. Ann King Lagos, founder, and designer of REALM, generously donated two amazing items to be auctioned off.
One of the things that I love about Ann and REALM is that they are very much about supporting causes not only dear to Ann's heart but also her Empresses, aka her clients. The Golden Nugget even served Carla's lemon chicken, which was delicious.
Carla Hall is an American chef and television personality with super fun glasses. She appeared in the fifth and eighth seasons of Top Chef, Bravo's cooking competition show. Carla Hall is well-known as the former co-host of the Emmy Award-winning foodie and lifestyle show, "The Chew." which premiered on ABC in September 2011. In earlier days, Carla was a runway model and an accountant.
Carla is Fun, Funny, and Authentic, and I love how Carla's love language is food.
