- In recognition of October Breast Cancer Awareness month, LeSaint French Chocolate is teaming up alongside Living Beyond Breast Cancer (LBBC), a charity dedicated to linking women affected by breast cancer with important reliable information and a great community of support, by revealing a hand-crafted, hand painted decadent pink chocolate collection developed by Bucks County, PA artist chocolatier Stéphane Lesaint. As a vital part of the October project, LeSaint will contribute 20% of the profits to the non-profit charity.
Lesaint and his spouse Barbara had been profoundly affected by the loss of a good friend who passed away from the illness at the age of 44, and the pair wanted to make a work of art, in chocolate, in her memory.
Every delicious chocolate is carefully hand-crafted by Lesaint in his Yardley kitchen. It is an undertaking which requires a couple of days to complete – from making the shell, filling, and also hand painting. Their Pink Collection, uniquely designed by master chocolatier Stéphane Lesaint, consists of Rose Gold Coconut Caramel Bonbons as well as Pink Wash Black Raspberry Ganache Bonbons:
