The exciting collaboration promises a six-course prix fixe dinner experience available Thursday through Saturday, showcasing a rotating selection of authentic Indonesian dishes that will transport diners to the vibrant streets of Indonesia.


Chef Diana Widjojo’s Rice & Sambal Indonesian Concept Announces Residency at Dankbaar

Guests can look forward to savoring a diverse array of Indonesian delicacies, including the delectable Siomai, aromatic Pepes Ikan, succulent Bebek Madura, flavorful Tempe Bakar, and the delectable Pisang Ijo Makassar. Each dish is carefully crafted to highlight the complex and bold flavors that define Indonesian cuisine.

Priced at $85 per person, the prix fixe menu offers an immersive culinary journey through Indonesia, with vegan options available upon request for those with dietary preferences. The restaurant continues to be BYO, with a nominal corkage fee of $5 and will offer a curated selection of premium coffees to enhance the dining experience.

Saturday evenings will feature a grand Rijsttafel service, reminiscent of a traditional Liwetan feast, priced at $100 per person. Chef Lachman eagerly anticipates the return of Chef Widjojo's culinary artistry, a testament to their enduring friendship and shared passion for Indonesian flavors.
