Recognized for his substantial career cooking in Michelin starred establishments, Jason Hook has cooked in the private kitchens of Alain Ducasse, Jean-Georges, Christian Delouvier and Philip Legendre.

Chef Jason Hook currently chef/owner of H20 Kitchen, that offers an unforgettable and innovative eating experience, Chef Hook will generate an exceptional dining experience alongside Chefs Alex and Tara Hardy.

"Jason is one of those guys who pushes you as a chef, never says it can’t be done and guides you through the process," explains chef/owner Alex Hardy. "He is an extremely talented chef. But more importantly, Jason means so much to us because he helped us mentally prepare for the opening of At The Table."
Dinner will be served At The Table Tuesday thru Saturday from 5:00 - 10:00pm. Prix Fixe Sunday Supper is available from 5:00 - 9:00pm. Vegan and special dietary requests can be requested in advance.
