Philadelphia, PA - I do not cook at home nor do I own a refrigerator, so I eat out once a day at a different restaurant in Philadelphia...here are some of the great restaurants that I have found on my journey through Philly to get my dinner each day
Fettiwigs--just off of 3rd n Market is a homemade kettle korn place called Fettiwigs... they are now selling the most delicious hot food... They have one of the absolute best pork sandwiches in the city.
Oh Brother....new addition at 206 Market st using top of the line steak and rolls for their cheesesteaks.They have a delicious French onion cheesesteaks.
Mojus Pizza--Located in Port Richmond Mojus is one of the most innovative pizza places with 34 inch pizzas and a 3 in one pizza featuring garlic knots so your looking for something different this is your place.
El Merkury--new place at 2104 Chestnut st that features Central American street food including many varieties of Churros and delicious guacamole.
Sandlers on 9th--brand new place at 9th n Chestnut st which has a diner type menu with probably the most juiciest burgers in the city.
Cherry st Tavern--old school tavern at 22nd n Cherry St which has the best freshly made, hand carved roast beef sandwiches.
Chris Jazz Cafe--the best 8.00 weekday lunch deal in the city which changes each day and ranges from duck to porkloin just check their Facebook page.
Redcrest Chicken--incredibly delicious fried chicken on East Passyunk Ave... The fried chicken here is almost perfect.
Marras--traditional spot thats also on East Passyunk Ave with great, traditional Italian dishes and family owned and operated since 1927.
