Wood Fired Pizza was open last Thursday despite the snow and frigid temperatures.  The concept is simple: Pizza on the go. The original location was a converted red Ford F250. It served as a traveling pizza oven but now has a permanent home. In addition to Pizza, the restaurant offers craft beer, craft cocktails, salads, and vegan pasta. The menu includes house-made toppings, artisan pizza, and inventive combinations. The Industrial dining room features specialty wood-fired pies, cocktails, and craft beers. Nicola Pizza in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, has served the beach community for over four decades. The family-owned business has two locations in Rehoboth Beach. The first location was opened in 1971 by Nick and Joan Caggiano. The original Nicola's site was on North First Street and was a popular restaurant. They later expanded to Rehoboth Avenue.
