Philadelphia, PA - The owners of Meet Sweet Brew in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, is a husband and wife team who wanted to take their passion for locally roasted coffee to a new level. Michael Weiss was selling his locally roasted coffee online but wanted to create something new. So he and his wife Jamie opened a cafe in downtown Phoenixville.

Weiss of Limerick, who has a passion for coffee's taste and smell, decided to start selling locally roasted coffee online during the pandemic. Soon after, Michael and his wife Jamie decided they wanted a brick-and-mortar location. The couple had previously visited the town before the deadly pandemic. In December of 2021, they officially opened Sweet Brew Café on Phoenixville's Bridge St.
Michael and Jamie wanted this not to be your ordinary coffee café, so they took to social media to find out what Phoenixville residents wanted. For example, Michael credits a post on a Phoenixville Facebook page for why they added New York bagels to the menu. Today, Sweet Brew has created a budding community of coffee and bagel lovers in four months and a solid social presence in the community.
