King of Prussia, PA.– King of Prussia has become more exciting with the addtion of Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar's bold, fresh new flavors of Latin America to the public on Friday, Sept. 30 2016. Inspired by the tempting cuisines of Central and South America, Cuba and the Latin Caribbean, Paladar’s King of Prussia Town Center location will be its first to come to the Pennsylvania market.
Events and Specials: Things are heating up this Cinco De Mayo at Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum Bar at the King of Prussia Town Center, who will be offering $3 Pacifico drafts, $4 traditional margaritas and $5 Palomas.
“There really isn’t anything like Paladar in the area, and we are thrilled to bring something new to the table,” said Andy Himmel, CEO and Founder of Paladar Restaurant Group, the parent company of Paladar. “Our approachable menu invites guests to experience new dishes and flavor profiles without leaving their comfort zones.”
Paladar’s Latain inspired menu features a diverse selection of dishes made from its scratch kitchen. With recognizable favorites, such as tacos, empanadas and made-to-order guacamole. Also, traditional Latin staples such as: Cuba’s Ropa Vieja; Brazil’s Feijoada Stew; Mexico’s Pork al Pastor; and much more. Paladar’s dishes are enhanced by their quality ingredients and unique flavors. The restaurant only serves wild-caught fish and seafood varieties, and antibiotic- and hormone-free proteins. Also, available is a large selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options also are plentiful for those with special nutritional needs.
The bar area's drink program is stocked with more than 75 rums varieties from around the world. The addition of Rum Flights encourage guests to explore the unknown through half-ounce pours, while signature rum cocktails – such as Paladar’s signature hand-muddled mojitos – are handcrafted for a more familiar experience.
With the restaurants 6,500-square-foot seating for 210, guests as well as private dining space are available for your next occasion or visit. Along with a seasonal outdoor patio bar and dining area with seating for up to 140 guests.
Paladar is open seven days a week for both lunch and dinner service, with weekend brunch also will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Diners can expect to find dishes such as Adobo Wild Shrimp & Grits, Huevos Rancheros, Maple Pulled Pork & Fried Eggs, and Crispy Duck Confit & Fried Egg Hash.
To kick-off the grand opening celebration, Paladar recently partnered with local non-profit Mission Kids and will host a grand opening ribbon-cutting fundraiser on Sept. 29 from 6-9 p.m. All proceeds from the night will be donated to the charity. Mission Kids provides multidisciplinary care to allegations of child abuse in a dedicated, child-friendly setting to achieve justice for child victims and promote their physical and emotional well-being.
