GLENOLDEN, PA - The end of April is the targeted opening date of Cedar Craft & Kitchen (1061 Cedarwood Road; 610.537.7003) in Glenolden, in the former space of the Briarcliffe Bar & Grill. Owners are Paul DiBona owner of the 11+ year old Pepperoncini in Conshohocken; and Sam Arbitman and Rich Fattori, who own and operate the 3+ year old Moonshine in South Philly. Cedar Craft & Kitchen will be a casual Italian centric restaurant and tavern, with a friendly neighborhood feel and an upbeat vibe. The look and feel will be warm and rustic. Think fun food and drinks at your new corner tavern!

Co-owner/chef, Paul DiBona will oversee the development and implementation of the menu. The restaurant will seat 40. The bar, with an additional 20 stools, will offer creative cocktails, a small wine list and 12 taps featuring local and national craft beer on draft as well as some fun bottles and cans.

Cedar Craft Kitchen & Bar will be open for dinner 7 nights a week, with lunch to follow at a later date. There will be live music a few nights a week (more info to follow upon opening).
