Philadelphia, PA - After being closed due to the pandemic, South Philly's Dolphin Tavern is re-opening with its famous theme dance parties, disco dance floor, quirky wall art, and more.
The Dolphin Tavern Reopens for Business on Broad Street in South Philly
Additionally, look for the bar's new happy hour before the lights go down for quintessential bar bites, including a $1 taco menu. The Tavern's unique summer happy hour will occur every Wednesday to Saturday, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with Tecate for $2 and Margaritas for only $4 each.
For music, The Dolphin will feature local acts, primarily indie rock acts and bands look for D.J., dance, and themed entertainment nights.
ABBArama, with DJ David Atlas, will be sping second Saturday of the month, featuring the best of the '70s and 80's pop-disco music, with 70's dress strongly encouraged.
Thursday nights are destined to become a go-to night out the third Thursday of every month with themed night Dumdum Juice, pop-up drag entertainment, and fan-favorite Wednesday night karaoke.
Dolphin Tavern is available for private rentals from Sunday to Tuesday. Hours of operation will be Wednesday to Saturday from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am, with food service from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Dolphin Tavern is located at 1539 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147.
