- Chef Bobby Saritsoglou is finally opening his brand-new restaurant Stina, located at 1705 Snyder Ave, which will open May 31st at 5:00PM and have a menu, that will take you on a tasting tour of the Mediterranean.

With notable dishes that include wood-fired pizzas, Octopus, Borek, Chicken Shawarma, homemade pasta, and Pide, which is Turkish bread, baked with toppings, the wood-fired pizza will be made from a 4000lb Morello Forni, wood-fired oven, that was shipped directly from Genoa Italy.

When fully fired up, the oven can cook a pizza in two minutes, at 700 degrees, all of the food was delicious, but what stood out for me was the delicious, homemade hummus, which is some of the best that you'll find, and the wood-fired pizza is incredibly delicious.

Stina Charity Nights
There is also a charitable reason for diners to go to Stina, because, each month, a share of sales will be directly given back to the neighborhood, and they will host monthly charity nights.

The design of the restaurant is "Instagram ready" and has a beautiful collection of hundreds of photos, frames and paintings, with layout design by Landmark Architecture, with interior design by Chef Saritsoglou's wife, Christina Kallas-Saritsoglou.

Hours of Operation
So this is an authentic family restaurant, the restaurant is perfect for a fast, casual lunch or go at dinner, for a nice meal with a date or friend, regular hours begin next week and will be Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00AM to 10:00PM and Friday and Saturday starting at 11:00AM to 11:00PM.
