 Executive Chef & Butcher Sonny Ingui Curates   Five Unique Courses with Uncommon Beef Cuts,   Inspired by Vinyl B-SidesPhiladelphia, PA - Urban Farmer Philadelphia in Logan Square will host a special B-Side Dinner starting at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, August 16.  Executive chef & butcher Sonny Ingui, known for his innovative and bold culinary approaches, will serve a five-course menu featuring rare cuts of beef not found on most steakhouse menus. Each course is accompanied by wine pairings chosen by Lead Bartender Christopher Moran. The soundtrack for the evening will be themed, and DJ A1R has compiled a list B-Side songs.


Urban Farmer’s B-side Dinner Returns

The menu is inspired by vinyl, everyone's favorite audio medium. It reflects the "other side" of a record, which often includes sentimental favorites, but doesn't get played as much. Guests can enjoy an esoteric selection of beef cuts, including oyster blades, cheeks, and deckles. The communal dinner is being held on the Urban Farmer's patio, weather permitting. At the end of the meal, guests will receive a special surprise. The Assembly Rooftop Lounge is a swanky 9th-floor cocktail lounge and bar overlooking Benjamin Franklin Parkway, where diners can enjoy dessert while enjoying one of Philadelphia's best views.

Ingui will offer his expertise at the table and provide diners with background information about each cut. Christopher Moran, the lead bartender, will offer insights on wine pairings for each course. The B-Side dinner menu includes five tracks or courses. A frozen dessert follows each track.
