Chef Mark TropeaChef Mark's career highlights consist of serving as Executive Chef at Miami Beach’s Oceana Bal Harbour, in which he oversaw almost everything from restaurant operations to all in-house food services as well as catering. Executive Chef at Manhattan’s 15 Central Park West, a one-of-a-kind condominium community for diversified customers of financiers, tech entrepreneurs, A-listers, and political figures. And, finally Executive Chef and Owner of Sonata Restaurant, a modern American BYOB in Philadelphia, where he got his start and accumulated significant popularity.

Mark maintains an Associate’s Degree through The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
