Beer Lititz PAPhiladelphia, PA - Mark Fisher, CEO of New Holland Coffee Co., said it's planning a new cafe and Brewery adding beer to its lineup this summer. Construction is scheduled to start this fall. The coffee shop will be built behind Chilango's Mexican restaurant on West Klein Lane.

New Coffee Based Brewery Coming to Lititz, PA

The Brewery will feature seventy seats and a 50-seat patio across from the Wilbur Hotel and condos. The company plans to invest $3 million in the Lititz location.

The new space provides a bigger space, more customers, and its own roasting facility. The Brewery will also add a full menu and employ 25 people. The company's founder, Mark Fisher, declined to give an exact cost for renovations.

Ultimately, the move to Lititz is a smart one. But, the business is still in the early stages. It may suffer from competition from other breweries in the area, by they plan to make three or four brews and a few coffee-infused beers.
