In the hotter months, Beer Lovers are heading outside. The regular Independence Beer Garden offers a nice beer break right on Independence Mall, while Spruce Street Harbor Park and Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest pull in individuals to the Delaware River waterfront with sustenance, brew, lofts, amusements and a roller-skating arena. Pop-ups including The Oval and the PHS Pop Up Gardens actuate underused spaces, much to the joy of beer fans and urban inhabitants.
