Philadelphia, PA - On Wednesday, July 17 from 10:30 a.m. until 12 noon, author Jason Tesauro will visit Drexel University for the latest entry in their popular Coffee and Donuts Series. This time, Tesauro will stand in for frequent host Jeff Gordinier, who will be on hand to discuss his new book, Hungry: Eating, Road-Tripping, and Risking It All with the Greatest Chef in the World, along with author Iliana Regan, who will highlight her new book, Burn the Place: A Memoir. For $30 per person (click to purchase), guests will enjoy admission to the book talk and a complimentary reception, as well as a signed copy of both books to take home.
The event will begin with welcome receptions, featuring Federal Donuts and coffee by La Colombe, followed by a book talk between Gordinier and Regan, moderated by Tesauro, in Drexel’s Academic Bistro (101 North 33rd Street: Academic Building, 6th Floor. Also, a post-talk reception, featuring Weckerly’s ice cream sandwiches, is planned for guests to mingle with the authors and chat about the books.
