Philadelphia, PA - Bison Coffee Company, the 1600 Callowhill building gets a father-son coffeeshop this summer. The Bison Coffee Company is going to open its flagship location at Sixteen Hundred, a recently-refurbished boutique residential property at 1600 Callowhill Street.
Bison Coffee, Farmer-Driven Coffee Shop Is Coming to Callowhill
Father and Son, Donald B. Pierce III and Donald B. Pierce IV, are the brainchild of the cafe, and which will include products produced by their own farm, Windy Hill in Deerfield Township, N.J., The farm-to-table fare will be the backbone of the menu as well as featuring beans from Elixr Coffee Roasters.
