NEW JERSEY - For years, food truck enthusiasts in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area knew the bright pink Cupcake Carnivale truck as a go-to for gourmet, handcrafted cupcakes. In late 2020, Baker and Owner Jeffrey Jimenez transitioned that mobile success into a permanent home, opening the Cupcake Carnivale Boutique Bakeshop & Cafe at 55 E.
