That alone makes for a meal worth climbing down a rather steep hill for, one we'd happily return for again and again. While getting a reservation here can be challenging, the atmosphere makes it worthwhile. This restaurant in Center City is one of our favorites and perfect for having fun with friends or on date nights.

Parc Brasserie, situated on Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia, is a chic Parisian-inspired brasserie-style restaurant owned by Stephen Starr.
