Philadelphia, PA – On National Brunch Day, September 17, Lacroix at The Rittenhouse will be debuting new action-packed stations and reinstating beloved favorites to its award-winning brunch service. Executive Chef Eric Leveillee will be present to celebrate the unveiling.
Lacroix Elevates Brunch Service
The kitchen will feature 4-6 carving stations with handcrafted meats such as house-made sausages, whole roasted racks of pork, salt-crusted lamb legs, and dijon glazed salmon. The famous pastry room will also have a new liquid nitrogen ice cream station where diners can customize their sweet treat and watch it flash-frozen to perfection.
In addition to the new stations, Lacroix’s brunch service also offers a variety of canapés, bountiful raw bars, breakfast classics, and irresistible desserts that will satisfy any palate. Brunch is offered every Sunday and costs $125 for adults and $65 for children eight and under.
