Philadelphia, PA - Considering that I live in Philadelphia, I have often gone on a quest to uncover the best hoagies and cheesesteaks in the city, and I have been extremely fortunate to experience several places in my search for the best.
I also check out the local foodie blog sites in addition to articles and guest posts, so when I find a great deli or cheesesteak place, I like to tell the world about it.
Marinucci's Deli offers a couple of locations, one in particular at 2852 Saint Vincent St as well as one a few short blocks from my own apartment, at 3122 Richmond St. Both of which have unbelievable hoagies, stuffed with meat, at a reasonable price, and the meats actually cut fresh and piled high on every sandwich.
Although my favorite part is the excellent value, priced at just $8, for a 12" half a sandwich, you are getting a hoagie, loaded up with meat and garnishing.
