The Jersey Shore-influenced dining establishment formally opens its doors on August 12th, 2019. Chef Vernick will be drawing on his love for coastal cuisine, which dates straight back to his childhood memories from the Jersey Shore.

Vernick Fish is going to span 3,400 square feet with a total capacity for up to 200 guests, Designed by Tihany Design, you will find the main dining area, in addition to a private dining room, drink station, chef’s counter, along with an in-season outdoor patio.
