Bank & Bourbon’s Annual Bourbon Bash Event Is Back
Bank & Bourbon will support DonorsChoose in time for the "back-to-school season" with its annual fundraising event. This organization supports educational programs and needs in Greater Philadelphia.
Executive Chef Thomas Harkins, along with Chef Craig Meyers, will prepare some of their signature dishes, including charcuterie, with local cheeses, country hams, and tuna tartare; a crudo bar with Hamachi and oysters from the east and west coasts; dry-aged steak, blackened herb-roasted north salmon; crispy duck confit; honey brined duroc pork; and a variety of mouthwatering desserts, prepared by the restaurant's pastry chef.
