- The Philadelphia Cheesesteak Festival will hold its own variation of March Madness, but with cheesesteaks. The Cheesesteak Throwdown will be a tournament for the title of best cheesesteak in Philly, and the general public will get to crown the winner.

Check-in each week on the festival's Facebook page as 16 local cheesesteak joints, which have already been selected to fill the bracket throw down. Every few days, Philly's steak shops are going to face-off against each other to decide the winner.
