Philadelphia, PA - The Philly Zoo is taking a dinosaur-sized bite out of summer with Friday Nights Dinos and Bites. From Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, the Zoo will host an evening of adventure every Friday night, beginning on Friday, May 28th through Friday, September 3rd.
The Perfect Friday Night Outing Awaits at The Zoo
Spend the evening with life-size animatronic dinosaurs, and prehistoric-themed foods at the Bedrock Brew's Beer Garden and Dino Bite fooderie. Fuel up with one-of-a-kind pre-historic burgers and beer pairings.
Friday Nights Dinos and Bites will run every Friday night during the summer months starting at 8:00 pm.
Big Time at The Zoo
Big Time is a truly unique adventure that highlights the history of pre-historic beasts, taking visitors through the age of the dinosaurs.
This dynamic experience stimulates the senses and enables guests to walk among dinosaurs. Visitors can marvel at the size of the mighty T-rex and go face-to-face with an enormous Woolly Mammoth.
Dino Beer and Food at The Zoo
While sipping and strolling through the Zoo, guests can check out the newly-enhanced food destinations, including Bedrock Brews. At the open-air beer garden formerly called The Watering Hole, choose from a selection of draft and canned beer, plus canned wine and other beverages.
Then head on down to the new Dino Bites Food Court. Where you will find dino-buckets of fries and onions rings (in a keepsake souvenir cup), Dino- nuggets, and a selection of fresh dino-themed burgers. From fun-themed treats to sweets to some serious eats, the Zoo's offerings something for everyone.
General Zoo Admission is $24 for ages 12+ and $19 for ages 2-11; children under 2 are free, plus entrance for Big Time $6 (adults and children ages 2+). The food and drinks are pay as you go.
