- International pop-up dining sensation Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia returns next Thursday, August 18th. In honor of the 10th edition, organizers have announced that over 75 musicians and performers will entertain guests at this year’s surprise location.
Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia Announces Entertainment for 10th Anniversary Event
The line-up includes many of guests’ favorite entertainers from prior years, including the three bands taking the main stage:
Hot Club Philly, a Gypsy Jazz quartet that performed at the very first Le Dîner en Blanc Philadelphia event in 2012; Martha Graham Cracker Cabaret performed in 2015 at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and the Ernest Stuart Band who performed at last year’s event in Rittenhouse Square. This year, Ernest and his band will also be joined for special performances by Jeff Bradshaw and members of Snack Time Philly.
Favorite performers from previous events will also make an appearance, including Philly Girls Jump (2017 event at Franklin Square), Hip Hop Fundamentals (2018 event at City Hall), Great on Skates (2019 event at Boathouse Row), and The Philadelphia School of Circus Arts (2016 event at the Museum of Art, 2017 at Franklin Square, and 2021 at Rittenhouse Square)
The event would not be complete without DJ Sean Smoove, MadBeatz drumline, and roaming musicians, including Originaire, Stephen Mitnaul, David Puryear, and Aijee Evans.
