Philadelphia, PAExecutive Chef George Sabatino - The seasonal Italian BYOB A Mano from the Townsend Wentz Restaurant Group announced its highly-anticipated re-opening and the addition of Executive Chef George Sabatino on Wednesday, July 14, With an all-new menu featuring hand-crafted, soulful dishes at its picturesque Fairmount location.


 

New Chef Takes Over the Kitchen at Fairmount’s Beloved Italian BYOB

Chef Sabatino this year will bring his experience and expertise to the kitchen at A Mano. As culinary director for Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran's Safran Turney Hospitality organization, Sabatino worked a few Philadelphia's popular kitchens, such as Fork and Monk's Café.

Sabatino's acclaimed Rittenhouse restaurant was also included in PhillyBite Magazines Best Of and noted as one of the city's Top Restaurants

"George brings a unique level of creativity and experience with him and is a great addition to our collaborative efforts." Chef/Owner Townsend Wentz said. "We're very excited to have George on our team."



Currently, Sabatino is creating a seasonal menu for the opening of A Mano, highlighting ingredients from local vendors such as Heritage Farms.
