Philadelphia, PA - This was the 11th year for the Philadelphia Christmas Village at LOVE Park which has officially closed until next Christmas season. Visitors on Monday morning crowded the market to acquire some last minute artisanal items or perhaps sip some wine and hot cocoa.
Philadelphia’s Christmas Village is Officially Closed For The Season
Modeled after traditional European open-air Christmas markets, Philadelphia's Christmas Village is a yearly shopper’s paradise spreads out across the park, offering gifts and items of all sorts alongside festive treats like warm waffles, gingerbread and mulled wine.This year's open market included more than 80 vendors along with a brand-new beer garden. As the village closes, they are currently getting ready for next year’s event, as 2018 draws to an end.
