The Sea Isle City Food Truck Invitational 2016 - June 24 - June 26, is a premier food truck event just prior to the summer season. It is a three-day festival in one of Cape May County's popular shore destinations. It will take place on on the property of Kix McNutley's, 63rd and Landis Ave. in Sea Isle City. The property is home to a number of other popular events, including Sea Isle City's Columbus Day Weekend Italian Festival and the Sea Isle City Craft Beer Festival.
Keenan's Irish Pub in North Wildwood will be OPEN for the 2015 Irish Weekend Events. This after someone began posting an old Herald article around saying they're closed which was from 2008. Much to the delight of Philly Pope refuges and die hard Irish Weekend fans, the pub is open for business.

Wildwood Crest has planned its largest Summer Music Series schedule to date. A total of 29 evenings of live musical entertainment for the entire family are on tap in the eighth annual Wildwood Crest Free Summer Music Series, which is set to begin next week. Live music will be held at 7:30 p.m. each Wednesday and Saturday from June 24 through Sept. 5 at the entertainment pavilion at Centennial Park, located at Fern Road and Ocean Avenue.

PhillyBite.com (Oct 30, 2015) Gia's Italian Restaurant Moves Back to Old Wildwood Location. Gia's in Wildwood Crest is moving once more according to Chef and Owner Vince Chiarella. In fact they are moving back to their original location on the corner of Glenwood and Pacific Ave in Downtown Wildwood. In an interview last month the owner expressed they are excited to make the move back home. Located at 3100 Pacific Ave, Wildwood , NJ.
The Borough of Wildwood Crest will stage its annual 5K Beach Race Saturday, Aug. 8 at 8:30 a.m. The race will be held on a scenic out-and-back course near the water’s edge at low tide beginning and ending at the edge of the Wildwood Crest Beach Pier at Heather Road. The event also includes an un-timed one-mile fun run/walk.
Cost is $25 for the 5K run and $20 for the one-mile run/walk for those registered by July 31. Costs are $30 and $25 after July 31.
Long-sleeve T-shirts are guaranteed to all registered by July 31 and as supplies last to those registered after July 31. Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers, as well as the top male and female finishers in a variety of age groups. Refreshments will be served following the race and all registered participants will be eligible to win a variety of random door prizes.
Race-day registration will be held at the Crest Pier Recreation Center from 7 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. Pre-registered runners can pick up their race packet at the Crest Pier Recreation Center on Friday, Aug. 7 from 6 to 8 p.m.
The 5K Beach Race is a rain or shine event.
