- Stove and Tap West Chester - Stove and Co. Restaurant Group announced the opening of Stove and Tap at the bustling West Chester dining scene.

The opening had to be postponed last year due to the statewide closure of indoor dining. Justin Weathers and Executive Chef Joseph Monnich are ready to pull the trigger as soon as indoor dining officially returns, with a grand opening around mid-January to mid-February.
Stove and Tap also started work on a new bar and drink-focused concept to open later this year when bars are allowed to reopen. The entirely separate concept will debut below Stove and Tap West Chester with a separate entrance on Darlington Street.
This will be the restaurant duo's first new concept since opening The Bercy opened in 2018.
