Philadelphia, PATank and Libby's Cheesesteaks and Breakfast - This is a perfect wake up with someone you like kind of day and go have breakfast cheesesteak. If you're lucky, they are petite, and you can eat half of their breakfast because everything at Tank and Libby's smelled terrific.

Tank and Libby's Cheesesteaks and Breakfast

If I had not eaten a large plate of cookies by myself on Christmas, I would have definitely gotten a pastry.

Tank and Libby's is in a shopping center just off Route 1 in Drexel Hill. It's in a stupid little shopping center with a one-way Half Circle Road with two parking lots in the middle, both in the opposite direction. The short answer is there is parking.

Tank and Libby's has a beach theme décor, and they have outside seating with heaters by each table.

It was 32 degrees outside, and just about every table was taken, and the counter had a heavy flow of takeout orders.

I saw regulars, DoorDash, and everything in between picking up takeout orders. Everyone working there was busy, very friendly, and helpful. They also have two big clean bathrooms.

The tagline here is Rise, Shine & Dine, so it's a decadent breakfast menu. It was 11 am, and I was thinking about Eggs. I was sure they had a cheesesteak and egg option on the menu, but they were busy, and I didn't want to ask many questions.

I instead ordered the Cheesesteak "wit." Shaved steak, melted onion, American cheese, seeded roll. It came with delicious french fries. $11.50, I think it is a touch high for a take out cheesesteak but for a sit and have breakfast with someone you like, I guess it is okay.

This cheesesteak was perfect but needed a little more brotherly love. The melted onions melted in your mouth. Unfortunately, they were clumped on the bottom of my cheesesteak. Most of the cheese was with the onions on the bottom.
