City Works Eatery  (220 Main St) celebrates Mardi Gras in true Big Easy fashion with Cajun-inspired menu items and the chance to win a trip to New Orleans. From Tuesday, February 28 through Monday, March 6, City Works will offer the following dishes:

  • Alligator Gumbo ($8), made with alligator meat, andouille sausage, onions, bell peppers, celery, and long-grain rice
  • Muffuletta Sandwich ($13), made with salami, capocollo, ham, mortadella, mozzarella, provolone, olive salad, muffuletta loaf
  • Chicken Jambalaya ($15), made with andouille sausage, onions, bell peppers, celery, pork tasso, Cajun spices, and long-grain rice

Throughout Mardi Gras, any guests at City Works can provide their email address for a chance to win round-trip airfare for two to New Orleans.
