Gritty is the official mascot of the Philadelphia Flyers and is best known for his uniquely Philadelphian personality and unwavering love for the team. Standing seven feet tall, with non-blinking googly eyes, covered head to toe in orange fur, and an unkempt beard, Gritty’s appearance is inimitable. His edgy personality and temperamental attitude have allowed him to push the envelope of what is possible or acceptable for a team mascot.
At Gritty’s Chaos Corner, fans can experience all of Gritty’s shenanigans up close and personal. From silly string attacks to popcorn showers, caking wars, and more - this section will surely bring out all of the excitement that Gritty has become known for.
