Madelange wants to make the bride's dreams come true. It was a long time coming for Laroche, who stems from Haiti, who had many ups and downs during her professional journey.
After making a name for herself in the industry, Laroche was presented with one more challenge, the COVID-19 pandemic, halting her business's opening. However, Madelange Laroche Bridal Design Studio is now finally opening the studio of her dreams and proud to call Philadelphia her home.
"Opening my bridal salon has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl," says Madelange Laroche, "I've been told to give up more times than I can count, and right now, I'm so glad that I didn't. Even though COVID has affected my plans for opening a bit, I know that now is the right time for me to go for it. And the best part? I'm just getting started!"
Laroche came to the United States from Haiti to pursue her dream of becoming a bridal designer after perfecting her home neighborhood skill for over twenty years. She attended Moore College of Art and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Fashion Design.
Following her graduation, Laroche was selected to Philadelphia's renowned Fashion Incubator program in 2018. She perfected her skills in design and business in a workshop-centric space with other like-minded designers and entrepreneurs.
The gowns at Madelange Laroche Bridal Design Studio range in design, from classic chiffon swirls to dramatic long trains and even chic bridal jumpsuits. Laroche specializes in custom-made gowns and an open, communicative, and personalized experience for each bride.
She also stocks a ready-to-wear line and offers tuxedo rentals, custom bridesmaids dresses, and accessories. Her goal is to make every bride feel luxurious, elegant, and unique with a one-of-a-kind experience every bride's wants and needs.
