The Chicago-based self-serve concept has already opened locations in Seattle and Cleveland. It plans to expand to Philadelphia, where it will open its fifth location in the first quarter of 2023. The company has signed a lease at 110-16 South 16th Street, a space that was previously home to Philadelphia Runner.

The bar offers craft beer, wine, cocktails, coffee, kombucha, and kombucha. Patrons can self-serve or seek guidance from a bartender. Prices are based on the number of ounces poured, and the system uses payment cards to track consumption. There are currently locations in Chicago, Cleveland, and Seattle, with future locations planned in Austin, Nashville, and Hoboken.
