King of Prussia, PA - Mistral’s soon-to-open second location at the King of Prussia Mall, has recently hired their newest chef to run the kitchen: Chef Craig Polignano. Polignano joins the team alongside Executive Chef Scott Anderson and Chef de Cuisine Ben Nerenhausen to round-out a culinary powerhouse committed to bringing the freshest flavors and the utmost quality service to the Montgomery County area.
Among the trio, Chef Craig will focus his efforts solely on Mistral King of Prussia, while Chef Nerenhausen will continue to spearhead the kitchen at Mistral Princeton. Chef Anderson continues to lead the charge at Mistral’s sister restaurant, elements Princeton, overseeing menu creation for both Mistral locations.
Chef Craig comes to Philadelphia from New Jersey’s coveted restaurant, The Ryland Inn, where was the Executive Chef for the past two years. At Mistral, Craig will place a superlative focus on creating a menu of shared plates that are reflective of Montgomery County’s local offerings.
