Leadership Driving the Change
Matt Gundrum, Director of Brewery Operations, is driving this renewed direction. Starting at Iron Hill in 2006 as a server and bartender before climbing the ranks into brewery leadership, Gundrum's goal is straightforward: bring the brand back to its roots through exceptional beer, fresh-from-scratch cooking, and highly knowledgeable, attentive service.
Joining him is Walter Weddington, who provides critical insight into enhancing the brand's overall hospitality and culinary experience. Together, their vision focuses on reconnecting with local communities and ensuring that every guest experiences the high standards that Iron Hill stands for today.
