Steve’s Prince of Steaks One of the greatest benefits about living right over the Walt Whitman bridge in New Jersey, the land of overcrowding and extremely high taxes, is the access to an abundance of new experiences on every corner.

Philadelphia is not only known as a revolutionary landmark filled with our countries most prominent history, but also as the home to some of the best foods known to the east coast. There is nothing quite like a real authentic Philly cheesesteak jam packed with juicy chopped beef, oozing creamy cheese wiz, and salty sweet fried onions on a lightly toasted crusty roll from the local bakery. People who visit from all over come to Philly in search of them because let’s be honest, there is no other place in the country that can even come close to recreating this magnificent and perfectly executed culinary pleasure.

An undying debate for Philadelphians and South Jersey residents alike is which infamous place creates our beloved cheesesteaks the best. It has been suggested that Pat’s or Geno’s are the front runners, probably due to the fact they are opportunely open after the bars close, making it possible for a late-night snack. I respectfully disagree and insist that Steve’s Prince of Steaks in the North East takes the cake or perhaps the steak!

At my go to location nestled on the corner of Bustleton Avenue, Steve’s is fierce in delivering a hot, fresh, and excellent steak in just minutes; not to mention they also serve up amazing spicy fries seasoned to your request. There has never been a time when I stopped in that they weren’t busy, but thankfully unlike other steak places I have experienced, you won’t find extreme crowds and long wait times due to the convenience of their multiple locations throughout the city. With a generously sized menu, impeccable cheesesteak execution, and fast service you won’t be disappointed at Steve’s.
