Philadelphia, PARoyal Boucherie’s Spritzer Bar Returns - Summer Sipping Just Got More Effervescent at The Royal Boucherie, Old City’s lively and atmospheric neighborhood bistro, has relaunched its wildly successful Spritzer Bar for the second year– just for warmer temps and spring/summer sipping. Helmed by Service Manager Samantha Seltzer, the Spritzer Bar offers imbibers a completely customizable approach to the traditional cocktail found in these effervescent and low-ABV tipples.

Spritz Season: Royal Boucherie’s Spritzer Bar Returns

“We’re so excited to bring back the Spritzer Bar for the spring and summer season,” said Seltzer. “We received such a positive response from guests about this program. We’re glad they enjoy the personalized twist to our craft cocktail menu just as we do.”

The Spritzer Bar returned this year with a bevy of brand-new, elevated seasonal offerings on the heels of the successful launch last summer. In a creative twist on the standard spritz, Royal Boucherie invites guests to select a base Aperitif spirit (Step One), a modifier (Step Two), and a Topper (Step Three) to build their dream libation.

Step One: Guests choose a base spirit from an impressive list of options including Aperol, Cappelletti, Carpano Antica, Cocchi, Americano, Cocchi Rosa, Galliano, Licor 43, Lillet Blanc, Lillet Rosé, Lo-Fi Gentian, Nonino, Pavan, Pimm’s, Ramazzootti, Salers, or St. Germain.

Step Two: Choose a modifier: Aloe, Cherry, Grapefruit, Honey, Lavender, Lemon, Orgeat, Orange, Pomegranate, and Rose.

Step Three: Choice of Topper: Club Soda ($12), Sparkling White Wine, Sparkling Rosé ($14).

This “build your own spritz” module highlights Royal Boucherie’s unique Amaro selection and provides guests with a refreshing elixir throughout the scorching summer months.
