Café Forîn Opens in Kensington in Harbison's Dairy
The bi-level cafe will serve coffers from local and regional producers, boasting carefully sourced coffees and pastries from local sources.
Partners Seth Kligerman, Kyle Horne, and Will Landicho brought Forîn into fruition over a shared bond and their passion for hospitality.
The team brought in Moonraker Coffee Roasters to help develop their bespoke, co-branded Latin House Blend coffee. Showcasing hints of dark chocolate, amaretto, citrus, and cherry, as well as their Espresso, a blend of Panamanian and Ethiopian beans.
Guests can also choose from their ever-evolving pour-over list, featuring options from various roasters tailored for more experimental coffee drinkers.
Guests not in the mood for caffeine will find a seasonal menu with an evolving list of special drink options. The drink menu includes Guava Iced Tea and the zero-proof spritz of your dreams, Harbison's Spritz, boasting non-alcoholic aperitif, local kombucha, soda, and mint.
Forîn's menu will consist of cookies and brownies from Darnel's Cakes, Kismet Bagels, croissant varieties from Au Fournil, along with specialties and pop-ups. Specialty smoothies will also be available, made with yogurt and dairy milk from Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-Op.
