- Chalaco’s Ceviche & Pisco Bar, is opening up spring in Northern Liberties, influenced by the city of Callao and the Peruvian coastline. The restaurant will offer traditional Peruvian far like ceviche, lomo stir-fried steak and charbroiled chicken.
