A sushi restaurant and BYOB, serving up Japanese signature rolls, with Philly-inspired names, named after various nearby colleges and universities. The fare is mouthwatering and on point, but the service was extraordinary, and owner Hendra was the most helpful guy you'll ever meet.
Chef Hendra Yong
Chef-owner Hendra Yong, a native of Indonesia, knows how to care for customers; everyone loves the guy. The ambiance is alluring and very city-sultry. Comfy yet classy. The wait staff was extremely professional and polite.
Bleu Sushi Philly Menu
The ingredients are fresh; the tempura ended up being crispy, as well as the ideal portion sizes: the dishes are just fantastic, particularly the kimchi fries capped with grilled chicken, kimchee along with cheese wiz.
