Philadelphia, PA - The Royal Boucherie is an American brasserie from well known Philadelphia Chef Nicholas Elmi and associates Stephen Simons, David Frank. The dining establishment is situated in the heart and soul of Philadelphia’s historic Old City district, serving up a fabulous French-inspired menu featuring home-made charcuterie, a raw bar, as well as traditional cocktails.
The restaurant team took care to protect and complement the building’s original historic charm and integrity. The two-story, 150-seat area features refurbished finishes such as an authentic pine wood floor dating straight back to the 1830s, along with tin ceilings, antique light fixtures, and newly revealed brick walls. Step outside onto the open-air garden outdoor patio just off the secondary level dining room, which can easily accommodate up to 35 in the warmer seasons. | 52 S 2nd | 267-606-6313 | www.royalboucherie.com
